JobRatings.in is run by an enthusiastic team of management professionals with cross industry experience.

While recruiting for our organisation increasingly becoming a nightmarish experience, our co-founder thought it to be an opportune moment to understand the pulse of the employees and the employer. We have had numerous web sites talking about 1000 to the power of n-resumes in their database and an equal number of employers in their kitty to choose from. We took a sip of the coffee and thought is that what the solution is...to bring people to a market place? And treat them as cattle/commodity? The answer was an overwhelming no!!

The work force is the king and we have taken up the journey to find out more about the people and what they want from their job, organisation they work for, work environment, wages...

How we work?

We have no tall claims like leading web site, oldest in the industry and things like that. But what we do have is our experience and facts.

We have spent close to 36 years collectively being employees (looking for jobs, hoping someone would hear us, understand us and find that ideal organisation to work for) then we turned employers (looking for ideal candidates, work atmosphere, understanding them) so the tug of thoughts continued. After much debate and putting words in place of our thoughts and money in place of words, we are waiting for the crossover to happen.

Our objective is simple. We want to reach out to you, and based on the survey you take, understand your view point, share your knowledge with your colleagues cross industry and take it to the organisations where they hear you out.

We are pretty much sure of nothing less than a revolution round the corner. The platform’s yours and we are here to take your opinion out there.
